Course Description
This course enables students to develop the necessary linguistic skills to manage themselves in a Spanish-speaking business environment. Additionally, a focus is provided to help students learn valuable self-teaching skills that will serve them well in future career developments.
The course's thorough curriculum is designed around oral, written, cultural and functional elements. Among the numerous business skills addressed, students learn to recognize and adapt to expected modes of communication in varying situations, relate information and express opinions effectively, and participate in discussions and planning processes.
The methodology employed involves a predominantly communicative system with three points of focus: situational (social contexts), task-oriented (project development), and functional (language usage). The course also provides in-depth grammatical lessons.
