Course Description
Anthropology, philosophy, politics and art all come together to provide a comprehensive view of Spain’s historical development over the past 3,500 years. This course draws on Mediterranean, European and African themes as a reference for the fascinating study of the Iberian Peninsula’s historical civilizations.
The evolution and adaptation of cultures in Spain throughout the world’s defining periods is a major topic of this interdisciplinary course, which also draws historical comparisons with the US.
