Course Description
Strategy and organizational structure form the basis of this course, which aims to develop the student’s strategic management skills. Strategic analysis, formulation, decision-making and stage implementation are addressed to provide class participants with in-depth knowledge and practical management techniques.
The course clarifies the relationship between strategy and performance by conducting in-depth organizational, industrial and environmental analysis. Ample student participation in seminar format allows for the integration of theory with real-life situations and case studies.
