Supply Chain Management Introduction

A study of supply chain management, global distribution logistics and the role of digital simulation technologies in logistic planning and optimization. Integrates concepts and theories with case studies to provide students with in-depth knowledge of efficient planning, implementation and control in logistics management.

Requirements: Graduate or Undergratuate students, minimum age: 18. Fluent in English.

Course Description

Supply Chain Management IntroductionTheories and concepts of supply chain management and their applicability in today's consumer-driven market form the basis of this course. Logistic issues faced by global rapid distribution companies and solutions offered by digital simulation technologies will be examined.

Supply chain coordination, distribution channels and methods, forecasting and simulation tools are among the topics addressed. Students will also be given the opportunity to integrate conceptual and theoretical knowledge with real-life case studies.
